Watching Meteors is a favorite for us though we are rarely able to do it it.Two meteor showers have converged in the past few weeks and the best viewing is the next three nights. we are looking forward to seeing it...I do not pretend to be be very knowledgeable about this..I did want to share the little I know and you knowledgeable people chime in and inform us... In my understanding You can see the shower starting after dark though the crescent moon will obscure some of it til after three PM approximately.The best viewing to see perhaps hundreds of meteors an hour is before dawn..Please repost if you think your family and friends would enjoy this free fun!!!!!The web sites say just find a dark area get a lawn chair and a blanket lay back and enjoy!! Or wake up early.and watch.When we were little my cousins and I would be woken in the middle of the night by our parents and take to the beach to watch Sea Turtles hatch or other wonderful events..Memories we will always cherish...So Jacquelin, George and I will watch after dark and then be up before dawn tomorrow to see the wonderful event...any one want to join us?
