Watching "The Man With Two Brains" (1983) starring Steve Martin, Kathleen Turner, & Sissy Spacek (voice) . Brilliant brain surgeon Martin is faced with a choice between a manipulative, gold digger wife (Turner) & telepathic communication with an empathetic female brain (Spacek) in a jar. Expected zaniness ensues but thankfully this story is not one of his flaccid remakes of an already classic film comedy. The last original Martin I really enjoyed was "Bowfinger" (1999) . . . hilarious.
