Water sets off after changing in Oxygen and Hydrogen. Because it has to come back in the shape of rain drops. This is the whole concept of action and reaction. That is why universe in in struggle. As long as the water is in oceans it is forced to stay there. But when its free to go up on the sky it gives happiness to the lives after coming back in Rain. Whatever you will send it will come back. Nothing will be wasted. There is a huge difference in imprisonment and freedom. They who accept the slavery of others gets drowned.
