We. Are. Finally. Home...Yes, Mark is with me this time! Its 9 PM and were getting him settled in. Have his IV infusion hooked up to his PIC Line and now going at 100 ml per 60 min....Check. Matt, Mark and I all had a lengthy class today on sterile procedure of getting his IV infusion going tonight, then every 12 hours. Chart of meds and dosages made..Check. All of the doctors phone numbers posted and appointments made...beginning Friday...Check. Oh the things Ive been learning these days! Feeling rather intimidated by all of this at first here at home. Hes made it through these last rough 12 days in the hospital....now pray I dont bring about his demise in these next 24 hours!! Thanks everyone...:)
