We actually believe that one way to make this world a better place is by building good and great organizations and developing effective managers in all institutions, business and non -business, alike . For instance, there is enough science, but the benefits have not spread enough to all . While we will do well to have even more scientific discoveries and inventions, to harness even the current level of scientific knowledge , we have to build good organizations and develop effective managers . That is the challenge - which in my opinion is addressed by the study and application of management (business, Organizational,etc) as a discipline.We are greatly inspired emerging from this conviction, to spread knowledge of management theories and concepts, and generally to teach,coach and mentor, people that we come across, at work and outside our work place.
