We always hear about the youngest millionaire and richest under 30 - TopicsExpress

We always hear about the youngest millionaire and richest under 30 but what most people dont know is that the majority of millionaires WERE NOT millionaires until their 40s. A lot of them SAVED in their 20s and 30s. A lot of them were broke chasing the dream, didnt give up, and made success in their 40s. You would be amazed at how many RICH people dropped out of college or graduated college and lived with their parents. Or, how many almost lost their marriage. The biggest like Walmart, McDonalds, KFC, didnt even start their businesses until after 50. 1. Col. Powell was a janitor and then earned a ROTC scholarship. 2. J.K. Rowling was jobless and on welfare then Harry Potter was born. 3. Ray Kroc worked in many of his own McDonalds stores until people wanted to Franchise. 4. Howard Edward Butt opened four groceries stores which all failed. Then his RGV valley stores exploded with success. 5. Steve Jobs dropped out of college and lived with his parents. 6. Harland Sanders failed over and over until at 62 he opened KFC. The list goes on and on. The biggest thing they all had in common was they NEVER felt entitled. A partner at one of the largest firms in NY said he was was working two jobs, one job as a waiter at night while working during the day as a government attorney, just to open his own firm because he couldnt find that million dollar case. So, he worked the lower cases WELL and built his firm around quality work. They NEVER said work was beneath them because they had this degree or because it was a a step backwards. A dollar earned was a dollar saved. Money put food on the table of their families and the satisfaction of earning it. Sure, there are A LOT of people whose family has money and they simply take over the family business or get the start up to build their own. If you have to sell paint to go to school then build a reputation of being a great salesman and work hard at school. If you have to open up and clean a gym during the day and work at McDonalds at night then do so working hard. Dont let people knock you down for working hard to earn your dream while they temporarily live happy lives off loans. You earn yours!! Dont compare yourself....BUT DO chase your dream.
