We are 3 months into the New Year and many of us had New Years Resolutions. Did you stick to yours? Im curious to know how many of you out there have stuck to your resolutions? As for me, my new years resolution was to quit smoking, maintain more healthy eating habits and start training others again and help others to gain better health. To date, I have stayed consistent. From New Years to now I am currently 3 months smoking FREE, I still work out on a regular basis and I have kept my eating habits to healthy choices except on my cheat days, LOL and, I am starting to train again taking on new clients to help them to better their health. I call that 3 months of success and still going!!!
