We are a couple and renting out a room starting from mid November. Its 3-rooms cozy apartment. There are two 2 bedrooms and living room. The apartment is in Amager close to Sundbyvesterplads (15-20 minutes to city center with bus 350S/5A) and 2km to the Amager Beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has its own balcony from the living room. The room is 12 m2, partially furnished. We are looking for a nice, tidy and person and with a stable income. We are as well students so most of the week days we are at school or home working on projects. The monthly rent is 3.600 DKK and it includes (water + internet+warm). Plus around 600kr every 3-rd month for electricity. The deposit is 10.700 DKK. There is going to be a signed contract between the three of us, which will mention all the aspects in discussion. If you cant pay for rent at once, we can as well agree on a contract where you can pay for it over 3 months. If you are interested and want to find out more about the place, give me a message!
