We are all aware that this FB group is visited by UFBU leaders, their surrogates, minions, sycophants and mouth -pieces. I call upon them to answer the following queries: 1. Is it not a fact that judicial awards like the Sastry Award & Desai Award upheld the bank employees contention for pay parity with govt employees? 2. Is it not a fact the Pillai Committee Recommendations too sought pay parity of bank officers with govt officers? 3. Is it not a fact that the recent AIBOC circular admits that since 1982, the disparity in salary between govt and bank employees have been widening exponentially? 4. Is it not a fact that your joint charter of demands is silent about this pay-parity with govt employee that was upheld in our favour more than 50 years ago? 5. Dont you guys know that only a 32% wage increase in the present settlement can bridge the gap and bring us on par with the govt employees? 6. Even if one assumes that you are able to achieve a 32% increase now(which we all know you are incapable of), what will be our status on 01.01.2016 when the 7th CPC takes effect for the govt employees? 7. If your answer to all the above is yes, then tell us what is it that you have been doing all these thirty long years, when our rights were eroded? 8. If you are unable to safeguard the interests of the general members, even on established rights like a pay-parity with the central govt employee, then why dont you quit the show and pave the way for setting up a Banking Pay Commission?
