We are all in this together. Denizens of Dumaguete – including students and academic organizations, people’s organizations, activists, artists, members of religious groups – are gathering up to join the global campaign to command “actions” to address the issue of human-induced climate change. The march will also highlight local environmental issues and efforts that call for transparency and concrete policy for the protection of forests from exploitation and the conservation of water systems. This is an invitation to you – and your family and friends – to march with us. People’s Climate March is a collective of voices that only uphold the goodness and peace for all. So, we shall see you on September 22, 2014 at 3:30P.M. for assembly at the Freedom Park and by 4:00P.M., we will be marching forward along the city and converge at the Quezon Park, Dumaguete City.
