We are awaiting a response back from our local newspaper to find out if we are being interviewed once again this year and having them run our info and a brief description of Haunts Against Hunger and how people can join. I hope we can inspire more people to get involved in their communities and make a difference. The only hard part of starting a food drive is making sure you get the word out there and make sure people know what your doing and what its for. So far everyone that we have talked to just passing by our home and on here thinks this is a great idea and want to know how they can help. Just remember at some point in our lives we may need help. We never know what tomorrow will bring us but know that there is help out there and without the help of others we would not be able to keep food pantries running and be able to help feed those who may be less fortunate or just having a rough patch in life. Remember just donating a few canned goods or non perishable food items you helping in a big way.
