We are collecting gifts for Operation Christmas Child until December 13th when we will have our packing party. Suggested gift donations include: TOYS--- small cars, dolls, stuffed animals, kazoos, harmonicas, yo-yos, jump ropes, small Etch A Sketch, toys that light up or makes noise with extra-batteries.... SCHOOL SUPPLIES: pens, pencils, sharpeners, crayons, markers, stamps and ink pad sets, writing pads or paper, solar calculators, coloring and picture books.... HYGIENE ITEMS: toothbrushes, toothpaste, mild bar soap in plastic bag, combs, wash-clothes... OTHER-- Hard candy, lollipops (please double bag all candy), mints, gum, t-shirts, socks, ball caps, sunglasses, hair clips, toy jewelry, watches, flashlights (with extra batteries) Basically anything that will fit into a shoe box that a child might like or need except the items below DO NOT INCLUDE: Used or damaged goods, war-related items such as toy guns, knives or military figures, anything that would melt such as chocolate, food, liquids or lotions, medications or vitamins, breakable items such as snow-globes or glass containers, aerosol cans. Packing party will be December 13th (more details coming later)
