We are currently recruiting for a new position based in Waterlooville. This is a Full Time and Permanent Role. We are looking for someone with good relationship building skills that is able to work well independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have Excellent customer service skills with the ability to up-sell when required. Building relationships with existing customers as well as new. Duties required - Taking inbound calls from customers Writing quotes and emailing customers. Data Entry. Despatch/Goods In and stock take duties when required. Personal Specification - Well spoken, Polite and presentable Excellent Computer skills Good attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and aiming for excellence in delivery Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, have high standards and be capable of multi-tasking.
