We are delighted to announce that additional items will be added to the Spotlight Lounge menu on 4th February 2014. The new range will include Hot Dogs served as the Chilli Dog with Beef Chilli and Tomato & Coriander Salsa; the Hog Dog served with Pulled Pork, Cheese, American Mustard & Caramelized Onions; and the Classic Dog with Caramelized Onions, American Mustard & Ketchup. Other new additions include Hot Sandwiches including The Reuben which consists of layers of hot pastrami, sauerkraut, emmanthal cheese and a mustard mayo, all served in toasted bloomer bread; and The Feast a meat eaters delight, featuring roast turkey, roast beef and cheese with fried onions, served with a pot of dunking gravy. The New York & Whole Hog Burger enhance the Burger range and the Chargrilled Halloumi & Veg Burger is a vegetarian delight.
