The roles are as follows: Juren Smith 30s, a beautiful petite, African American woman who is crazy about her somewhat dysfunctional family and unless you saw her youd never know she was wheelchair bound battling MS. Triniece Smith 15, a non-typical African American teenage girl whose blind optimism may be mistaken for flighty. Her energy and love for the Spanish language drives her siblings insane at times. Her heart is always in the right place, even when her head isnt. Devin Junior/DJ 13, African American loves technology, but hes no nerd. Following in the footsteps of his dad, DJ loves rapping, poetry and annoying his sisters. Journey 6, witty, African American speaks her mind and is strongly motivated by food! The roles of Poetri and Genesis have already been cast.
