We are growing a lot of the amazing eggplant! So easy to grow and so productive, an excellent source of nutrition for anyone, but especially important for vegetarians. One of the most beautiful crops we grow each year. Just make sure you control the flea beetles while the crop is young. Diatomaceous earth works great and is very cheap. You can get this at many feed stores and health food stores. Once the plants are about 12 inches tall you usually can ease up on application. And from then on out you will have one of the most productive vegetables you can grow.
