We are having a problem with teenagers smoking pot on the bridge leading to Eader. This is happening a lot before school and at lunch-50 ft from an elementary school. I have to walk my 2 and 6 year olds through a cloud of marijuana smoke to get them to school in the morning and my little one just picked up some paraphernalia on the playground grass. Unacceptable. I know the police cant be everywhere, but Im posting this here with the hope that it will get noticed by HBPD and they can increase presence around the bridge during school hours. The users are just kids, so hopefully they would be dissuaded from smoking next to babies if a cop cruised by one in a while.
