We are hiring!! (Marketing Assistant, Marketing Co-ordinator [Export-Import]) JOB SCOPE: EXPORT OPERATION • PREPARE Export-related document. E.g. Per-forma Invoice, Purchase Order, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Shipping Advise, Shipping Instruction, Any certificate as requested by customer. • Follow-up on status of Shipment. • Liaise with Production team • Liaise with Logistic team • Liaise with Sales Team • To Compile and maintain proper documentation. • Other assigned duties from time to time. Responsibilities & Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM or equivalent. -Require language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. -Applicant must be willing to work in Taman Industry, Sungai Buloh. -No working experience require as training will be provided. Willing to learn is a MUST. -Able to work under pressure and highly responsible. -Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Logistics. -Chinese Female Preferred. -Good Team Player. -Familiar with Microsoft Office / Excel. -Full-time position available.
