Its not a trendsetter in terms of slow cooked dishes, bar bites etc but rather does what is says on the tin & does it exceedingly well. Seafood lovers paradise! So good you almost dont want to let anyone into the secret in case you cant get a reservation soon. The main success lies in the owners James & Lucy whos nothing is a problem motto makes you feel home from home even before tasting the food. Set in a bustling stables market it is a little haven to lose time in. All the dishes are just as good as your last. Of note are the exceptionally fresh & oysters, lobster tails, whitebait & cod. Not forgetting the superb fresh mixed salad & grilled vegetables to accompany. A great chef who appreciates great ingredients speaking for themselves. No overkill in the kitchen, perfect seasoning. Subtle confidence in each & every dish served. Great to see a specials board that actually changes during your meal too - a true reflection that fresh is the order of the day. The hardest choices are what not to order & whether to ever leave. Its a wonderfully joyful foodies haven. Cameron / Laura brilliant @ FOH too its like being part of a family. As if things couldnt get any better the bill / price after a wonderfully satiating meal will knock your socks off. Must return soon...,
