We are looking back at a very successful Water Forum 2014 with over 200 participants! The day started with three interesting presentations highlighting the Serbian needs in the water sector, after which three Dutch water experts elaborated on Dutch experiences and expertise. Furthermore international financial institutions showed their experiences and financing instruments. In the afternoon business panel sessions presentations of a great number (seventeen) of Dutch companies took place on their expertise in the fields of flood protection and waste water treatment and quality. The day highlighted once again the extensive expertise the Netherlands houses that ensures its water management. Whether it is a matter of too much, too little, or too polluted. This expertise is at hand to cooperate with Serbia on its road to improved water management. The Netherlands Embassy wants to thank all the speakers at the Forum for their great contributions and is very delighted that so many municipalities and companies in Serbia attended. It has been a great day for Dutch-Serbian water cooperation!
