We are looking for the candidate for the position of DGM/ GM for one of our leading client in Delhi. Tech ( Chemical Engineering ) Salary : 28 Lac PA ( Inclusive of All benefits) can be modifying by client as per experience and exposure of candidates. Job Description:- The candidate Must have worked earlier as Lead Process Engineer for an engineering team in any large project under Detailed Engineering, EPC or EPCM mode --in continuous chemical plants/ fertilizer plants, petrochemical plants or refineries. The job should have involved the following:- 1. Gathering complete knowledge of the scope of work 2. Developing design basis for process engineering 3. Developing all Process Engineering documents 4. Coordination with all other disciplines ( marketing, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & civil) 5. Coordination with end client through Project Manager 6. Supporting Marketing Proposals 7 .Preparing proposals for Process engineering inputs 8. Ensuring quality and correctness of deliverables 9. Ensuring the completion of project activities within time and cost 10. Guiding and training juniors in various process engineering aspects 11. Should have knowledge of Process engineering fundamentals and design calculations 12. Should have good knowledge of soft wares such as Aspen, Hysis , HTRI etc 13. Should have experience of having executed at least two medium size projects as a lead engineer ( if one is from the hydrocarbon sector it will be a plus) 14. Should know relevant applicable codes and standards The candidate should be having adequate skills to head the department and manage the team to be able to deliver the desired deliverables accurately and on time.
