We are looking to fill the position of Jannah Institute General Manager. Job Responsibilities •Accounting •Maintains, collects, and/or distributes student registration, tuition and grades •Organizes, plans and facilitates local, national, and international programs/events •Communicates with diverse constituents via email, newsletter and meetings •Manages website updates and communications with IT •Oversees product inventory and sales •Develops, communicates and enforces institutional policies •Scrupulously documents and allocates donations and charitable donation tax receipts •Provides logistical support and oversight to teachers •Other duties as indicated Education Bachelor’s degree Experience and skills •Four years of administrative assistant experience preferred •Budgeting and bookkeeping experience preferred •Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel required •Excellent communication skills •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations with full discretion •Problem-solving skills •Ability to follow an issue through to resolution •Ability to prioritize duties and complete tasks in timely manner •Ability to work collaboratively and independently with varying degrees of oversight For full consideration please submit resume and cover letter to jannahinstitute@gmail Review of applicants will begin immediately and remain open until filled
