We are loving it more and more in our new neighborhood. Last week we met a retired couple David and Nancy. We plan on a happy hour to get to know each other better. Last night Den and I were walking our dogs and there was a woman walking her dog. So one thing led to another. She came and walked through our house and I walked back for a tour of her house. Her and her husband are in their mid 40s. Just from our talk (yes she is a talker) she tells me we are going to make sure we have a great HOA. We have found our element. This is the best choice we could have made. Going out shopping for the rug with my buddy Pamela. Then for some lunch downtown. I am feeling much better and can get into doing things, slowly and not too much, around the house. Thank goodness we decided to keep the apt to end of contract..end of Nov. Den is getting his 2nd wrist surgery on 10/21 and before that he will be going to China again or right after. Then we go to Cali with Heather and Adam on 12/3 to celebrate Christmas and take a family portrait. Once again we have a couple of busy months. Oh yea Den will be going to Germany in Dec.
