We are more than half way through our 30 days of #absREVOLUTION and I hope you are still hanging with us and forming good habits! Look at coach @dran_kollins as he shows us Bicycle Kicks you are upright on your bottom and you kick your legs out in a circular motion. Be careful to not just pump your legs in and out, rather move them in a circular motion as if you were on a recumbent bike. You can do it with no hands or modify with hands. Squeeze those #abs and get to #work! Your assignment: complete 5 sets of 1 minute increments of bicycle Kicks. If you pause during the one minute you owe 5 #burpees! Rest 1 minute in between sets. For beginners do 5 sets of 30 second increments.
