We are pleased to announce that co-owner Ron Brodeur has been awarded the Jackson Medal upon completion of his one-year term as President of the Custom Tailors & Designers Association of America (CTDA). Ron has been a custom clothier in Southwest Florida for 21 years, and has been a member of the CTDA for more than 16 years. The Jackson Medal was first awarded in 1898 at the CTDA’s 18th Annual Convention in Buffalo, New York “For the Best Cut & Most Stylish Garment Shown” during its fashion show. In recent years the Jackson Medal has been handed down to the outgoing President of the CTDA, to be displayed in his or her place of business. “It’s a tremendous honor to have served as President of the CTDA, and I’m proud to display the award in my store, said Brodeur.
