We are pulling the finalists for our Blessed by Success contest and we got to thinking. ;) Originally, we were going to have the winners chosen from the finalists by votes, you get your fellow consultants to vote for your nominee! Weve seen contests like that that go really well, but weve also seen them turn into popularity contests or things where people are just spamming every group they are in to click this link and vote for me! - and thats not what we want. we want everyone to feel encouraged and celebrated - and having a likes contest might take away from that. so our other option is to have it completely random - from the nominations well choose 9 finalists and then draw the three winners from that. OR we can stick to the original method - voting open for a few days, top three with most likes wins. we are leaving it up to you! please vote in the comments - drawing method or voting method. thanks!
