We are seeking a Report Specialist - Development, Wichita, KS area, 40-70k, relo available {PSRS}-FB Our Client Company develops, markets and supports healthcare practice workflow solutions that are easy to purchase, implement, learn, use and adopt. They are currently seeking a Report Specialist – Development, in the Wichita, KS area. Salary range is 40-70k depending on experience. Relocation is available. The successful candidate will have the experience necessary to perform the following functions, among others: • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized system reports. • Assist in the development, implementation, and customization of specialized fiscal and activity reports for professional healthcare clients. • Work in partnership with the software development team and customer service representatives. • Assist in identifying and evaluating structure and design improvements to the database. • Perform quality control testing of reporting protocols and tools; assist in developing quality assurance protocols. • Assist in researching and resolving internal and external client questions. • Work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. • Keep up-to-date on current practices within specialty content area(s). Maintain an awareness of current controversies, issues and developments. Education/Experience Must have at least 2 years’ experience with Relational Databases (RDBMS) table structures, etc. (i.e. Access, Transact-SQL) and SQL language, queries, with Report Writing applications (i.e. Crystal reports, etc.) experience with programming in C# a plus along with Accounting reporting experience. Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. In addition, a demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related software for word processing, desktop publishing, and graphics is required, as well as accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, and clarity in conformance with required formats and standards. Incumbent should also possess a working knowledge of production scheduling and related processes.
