We are selling our John Deere X300 Lawn Tractor with 48” deck for $2800. It was purchased it in July of 2012 at Wright Stemle for $3,449.68. It is in excellent condition and only has about 100 hours on it. It has been well cared for and serviced regularly. Most recent service on 7/2/14 in preparation to sell: • oil was changed • air filters replaced • fuel filter replaced • spark plugs replaced • entire unit lubricated • blades sharpened and balanced • cleaned underside of mower deck • tire pressures set • mower deck leveled • battery cables cleaned • replaced deck belt We recently purchased a new home that included a commercial mower, so we won’t have a need for the lawn tractor. Available attachments: 40” Aerator Spreader attachment for aerating, seeding and/or fertilizing. This attachment works with ALL John Deere Lawn Tractors and has NEVER been used. Paid $400 at Wright Stemle. Would like to sell for $300. 10 cu ft Utility Cart for use with all John Deere Riding Lawn Tractors and EZtrack Mowers. Bought new for $240 at Wright Stemle and only used once. Would like to sell for $175. Or buy all three for $3100.
