We are so excited to announce Winter Warriors will commence in Nashua on Tuesday December 2nd. For those of you that dont know, Winter Warriors is a low-key fun way to stay in shape over the winter for all abilities. We originally borrowed it from our friends at Fleet Feet Rochester who created the amazing program back in 2007. Let us know if you have any questions. 2014-15 Winter Warriors Program This program is a fun way to meet new people and get your running in during the cold, dark months of winter. It is a point based program that rewards individuals that participate. At the end of the program we will be giving out prizes and gift certificates to the Winter Warriors with the highest point totals. There are 3 ways you can earn points: 1) Regular workouts Tuesday @ 6pm - Medium run 4-7 miles - 2 points . Thursday @ 6pm - Distance workout - Tempo, progression, fast finish, or pick-ups - 2 points Saturday @ Sam - Long run 7 miles and up - 2 points 2) Races - 5 points .(during the WW season) Santa Claus Shuffle 12/6/14 Yule Light up the Night 12/14/14 Any New Years Day race (Millennium Mile, Peanut Butter Chip Chase, 1s1 Run Lowell ...) Freeze Your Buns Series Fudgical Series Blizzard Blast 1/24/15 3) Bring a canned item for the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter- 2 pts (limit 2 pts per week) • Earn 20 points and receive a Winter Warrior shirt! • All workouts/runs will meet at the Fleet Feet Nashua store located at 4 Coliseum Ave., Exit 6. Nashua NH • Water, bathrooms and secure place for your car key at the store. * Weekly raffle prizes 12/2 - 3/17 & a St. Patricks celebration to end the WW season!*
