We are so excited to host my teacher Raghunath. I still vividly remember my first workshop with him 5 years ago. I was dabbling with yoga, non committal and very much still entrenched in my ways. I left his workshop in a complete haze - he blew the lid off my mind and left me with so much to contemplate. He is the type of teacher that can inspire radical change in you in one meeting. My life was forever altered from that day. I am so grateful for this wonderful yoga community. Lets blow the roof off Rise Yoga & Movement Arts Center next Thursday! Whos in?
