She has signs of a neurological problem starting with shaking and uncontrollable limbs. She might also be blind in one eye and she has a cough being treated with antibiotics which has delayed her testing so far. In order to properly diagnose her condition an additional $3,899 in testing is needed for a MRI and Spinal Tap. This is not treatment cost, just testing costs The pledges collected for Cookies rescue have already been exhausted by her initial vetting. We need help.
