We arrived at the Hotel Sao Mai in Bac Ha at midnight from Ha Noi on 5th Oct. 2013. After the brief breakfast, we walked down from the hotel to the famous Bac Ha Open Market which open every Sunday. Bac Ha is situated at north-western Vietnam and the market is hill tribe market serving the surrounding ethnic groups, mostly Hmong minority. They come to the market to exchange agricultural products, buying or selling live stock, meeting friends and having a good time. 巴哈露天市场，它每个星期天营业。市场面积不大，但秩序井然，管理得当。每周山区的少数民族，大多是苗族（花苗，红苗，黑苗，等）来此地会合。有的是对换农作物，买卖家畜，日用品。有的与朋友相继，喝酒聊天。当然少不了我们这些旅客。
