We ate lunch today at scnb and was disappointed to see the change in the potato salad recipe. It is more like lumpy mash potatoes and looks like yellow cottage cheese. When we asked about it we were told that New management made this change when I told her my thoughts on it and encouraged her to share my feedback she told me she couldnt do that. Im shocked that employees arent allowed to share customer comments with management. She did go get a comment card which I filled out and dropped in suggestion box. Scnb is a great place but now Im afraid New management is going to screw up a really good thing.
