Mango is a seasonal fruit and therefore they are the best in spring!! Most delicious thing I have ever tasted and cant wait for mangoes to come out in supermarkets!! Incase anyone wants to try you need 1 cup of vodka (the good kind), 1/2 a cup of lemon juice, 2 cups of pineapple juice or orange juice (freshly squeezed if you want to be super healthy lol), teaspoon of coconut rum and 2 chopped mangoes. You Just put everything into a blender and Bobs your uncle!! Perfect as an alternative during the spring racing carnival!! - Adrianna Memories of spring for me are the smell spring brings, the flowers, the warmer weather.
