We dont typically workout at the same time, but today it just worked out that way!! It was actually kind of nice because we encouraged each other when we had a hard time or felt like giving up!! Shaun T is one of the most motivating trainers..something he said during #sweatintervals was Are you going to give up or are you going to keep pushing!? He is totally right!!! You have to decide...how important are your health & fitness goals to you?? If you have a deep enough reason, giving up wont be an option!
