We entertained the pensioners in the pacemaker clinic today with Patricks sister wearing a moustache. And we had a fantastic technician today who dealt kindly with Patricks tears over the scratching of his skin they have to do before they place electrodes. She also used a new barrier cream they have finally approved for use under the electrodes so we might get away with no awful skin irritation this time. Back again tomorrow to have the monitor off and a reveal device download. Not quite ideal holiday entertainment but I think its important Patricks siblings have to see a bit of what he goes through.
