We finished off our 90 min legs day with this killer legs circuit. We were all pretty exhausted, but felt we had more... We start by setting up 5-10 dumbbells going up in weight. 10 squats with 20 jumping jacks between each set. The big advantage to this set-up is that even even with a large group with various strength levels, by having your strongest people go first, the weaker participants can go at their own pace and ability. Not everyone will finish. We typically use 50-150, however for this circuit we started with 30lbs. This video is un-edited in real time... Rsp Nutrition
