We found our cat on Sunday morning with blood all over her face - TopicsExpress

We found our cat on Sunday morning with blood all over her face curled up behind a bookcase. We suspected shed been hit by a car. She was unable to eat anything, clearly in pain, food and water would come back out of her nose immediately. We took her to the vets where she had to have emergency surgery to fix a split pallette followed by 2 days in cat hospital. Shes now on strong painkillers, antibiotics and needs feeding via a feeding tube every couple of hours until her pallette has healed enough for her to eat once more. ... We thought wed never really find out what had happened to her... Until a few minutes ago........ A ladys just come to my door explaining how she saw a young lad on Saturday night pick up Bustop (the cat) from the wall outside our house, slam her back to the ground and kick her repeatedly in the face. She ran out of the house to chase after him but hed legged it. Im absolutely livid. Apparently a few of our neighbours have CCTV of the event and are getting the police and RSPCA involved. Bustop (the cat!) is on the mend now thankfully but shes very distrusting of anyone who goes near her - shes absolutely traumatised. I would like to find the psychotic little whelp and possible future serial killer who did this to her and give him an ultimatum.... Pay the vets bills and make sure he never goes near another animal ever again ... OR... Take a booting in the face by yours truly. Does this sound fair?!
