We gain wisdom from history. I am re printing this article to remind us the fight for freedom is ever on going. Some sacrificed more than others. And we must never dismiss them with remarks like he was just another rebel. Today, we no long accept lies like Sarawak did not have the cash to rebuilt the country after the Japanese Occupation. Sarawak, with its rich oil resources, was very capable to develop itself. We were colonised because Britain wanted our oil. And yet, we read articles from our so called intellectuals that Britain was doing us a favour. Wisdom comes from knowledge and knowledge must include history.
