We had a large group of 13 and requested a beach set up. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including bottled water. He even suggested a jet ski tour around Key West that our entire group did and thoroughly enjoyed. When we returned from our jet ski trip Mark again went beyond by delivering after sun care and moisturizers iced down to relieve a few in our group that were burnt from the previous days activities. We were guest of The Reach during our stay and will def be back - We are in the process of booking a trip for the end of May with our family and will look for Mark :) FOUR **** vacation thanks Mark!!!!!!
