We had a stuffed lamb named Precious arrive in the mail this week. Hes up to all kinds of stuff around the house... Searching & looking for baby Jesus. I found this to be an awesome alternative to some of the commercial products out there. Am I against them? No. Not at all. BUT, having a teenager, I do realize the VERY limited time we have with our young ones. Its a special, God-given time where we, as mothers, are teaching & imprinting on their little hearts. I thank God every single day I had an urgency of teaching with my oldest. Now thats shes 14.... She decides what she believes. That molding time is over. And more often than not I see the teaching is still buried and hidden deep within her soul. The rest of my 3? Were in the imprinting phase and I try to take every single opportunity to point them towards JESUS & only Jesus. This has been so much fun and its created an awe in their hearts. Anticipations of the Saviors birth. I keep catching them sitting here and waiting. My prayer is that they will carry this urgency and waiting for the King of all of their lives.
