We have Microsoft Word/Excel starter 2010 on our laptop. It came free with it when we bought our laptop 18 months ago. In the last week, it fails to pull up what I want from My Documents files. It pulls up a tab to purchase MS Office, activate what I have, and another option. I can go into Word and go to files and pull up other files, but not the ones I had just saved or done a few months ago. It is driving me nuts! I need my files. Any help from our techie friends? No, we have not bought the full on version. I think the last version of MS Office we have is from 2002. Thanks!
