We have all respectfully made the choice to memorialize Jamo in the way he would want. He was much more than one of “our” voices. Jamo was a loyal and kind friend. He was always there for each of us on a nearly and as needed basis. We were all fortunate enough to share that friendship and life with him. Like all long-term relationships we had our up’s and down’s but in the end it all came full circle. We put the past behind us where it belongs and our friendships became stronger and deeper along the way. In many ways great bands become more of a family. We miss him deeply and dearly and the day to day of it all has yet to fade. Touring brothers share everything and Jim arrived at the point of no holding back. We welcomed him with open arms as he spoke openly about all of his past experiences and life itself. The circle for us had become complete. Our relationships went far beyond music. We kept it on the higher ground as we turned the corner. We set out with a plan to be the best band we could possible be and had turned the corner playing our best shows and having more fun then ever before. It was a new beginning. We all arrived being a band of brothers together! We now wish to spend our time privately recovering, also never forgetting that amazing voice and our brother Jamo. He was often called “Golden Throat” as his voice was huge and amazing and also sweet and pure. What a killer singer to have up front along with Dave Bicker. These memories will be hard to forget. Life is a journey and we can each say our time spent with Jamo is time that we will hold close and dear to our hearts. So let us say goodbye to our touring brother Mo – and we will always keep a warm seat on the bus for him! Survivor
