Strain and puree fruits, vegetables and berries for soups, sauces, baby food, desserts and stocks. 3. Fine mesh sieve. 4. Stabilize over a pot or bowl by resting the chinois in the stand. Stand will accommodates 4 to 10qt. bowls, pots and pans. Hand washing recommended.
