We have an immediate need for a Reservationist/Customer Service Expert to work at the Orlando Sanford Airport. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience: ◊ An AS Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience ◊ At least three years of customer service experience, both in person and on the telephone ◊ Strong computer skills using proprietary software and the ability to quickly grasp our reservation system ◊ Prior experience as an airline or charter reservationist would be a major plus ◊ The ability to think on their own and provide alternatives in service to customers from an organization that does both charter/scheduled airline $12-14/hr.
