We have been in undated with kind words, offers of voluntary work and money, its so lovely of you all. thank you here is the reality. Once a business cannot meet am invoice by its due date it is legally insolvent, as a director it is my legal responsibility to announce that and that what i have had to do. The invoice in question is for £800. thats all. But, as i am unable to work and we cannot afford currently to take on staff we have no valid means of paying the bill by its due date of Thursday this week. Therefore we ARE by default legally insolvent. Lots of people have offered money - heres the thing. We have 20 calls/email/facebook messages each week from new clients which is wonderful. They come and get their dogs registered and unfortunately with many of them they dont come back straight away. We have 6 clients waiting to start 5 days a week contracts with us - and if they all started and so did another 15 clients then we would be fine - to get new staff and continue we have a current shortfall of £3,000 per month. thats A LOT of money. If 13 new clients paid now and paid each month for a silver package we could re open - and continue to trade with the staff we have and new ones to replace my phsical work and jemma, but we cant MAKE people use us and its so lovely that every one says they want to - but the reality is very different. Im so sorry to be so blunt about it folks, but that is life and as much as we are ALL passionate about the Playpark and we all know it is wonderful and it works - it costs £7,000 EACH MONTH just to open the doors, and we just dont have that coming in now i cant work 16 hours a day for free (i never drew a wage yet) im so sorry .
