We have been looking after our shared garden since 1995. Our new neighbours who have living in the flat above us since June 2013 have now decided they want to fence off their half of the garden but did not tell us. Instead they reported us to PCC who sent us letter demanding that we remove everything from their side of the garden. They are not gardeners and have not even weeded their side in all this time. We will take regular photos and videos to show you what happens. Hopefully the new neighbours will suprise us and look after their half of the garden. This video was taken in August 2014.
