We have had a lot of discussions about the joys of having a senior dog this past week. During this time, Rollos foster dad was getting to know him and now we want to share what he has learned about this wonderful older man with you. Here are some traits we discovered. 1- eats twice a day. 2- puts himself to bed around 9 and sleeps thru the night until about 7:00AM 3- loves walks and rolling around on the grass in the fenced-in yard. 4- loves the right side of his neck rubbed as well as his belly. 5- will do anything for cheese (We cut up a cheese cube into 2 pieces). 6- great with other dogs. 7- likes to lay in the sun. 8-has a new toy he likes to chew and keep in his bed. 9- does not do damage when left alone, trustworthy. 10- loves people. 11- knows certain words or terms. Such as- lets eat, go pee pee, get in your bed, come here and no... 12- never BARKS!!! Rollo is a 9-10 year old 15 pound chocolate boy who is looking for his forever home. He does have a cataract in one of his eyes, but it does not effect his quality of life in the slightest. As you can see by his foster dads description, he is an easy keeper, just wants someone to love him for the rest of his life.
