Its not the fault of global warming or climate change, though those are certainly contributing to the extremes. Its the end of the dry season and its always like this. We should have the first rain any day now. Meanwhile Im making regular trips in my shorts and bare feet about a hundred meters to the river to fill buckets. Kinda fun, actually..!
