We have now given both sides of the subject, as represented to us, and after looking the matter carefully over we do not see that so far as the two cemeteries are concerned there is much to complain of. The managers of Oak Hill have been and are still at large expense in beautifying the grounds, and have made this "silent city" one of the most beautiful spots in this vicinity, and, if as they say the grounds were marred and injured by those driving through it to the city cemetery, it is not to be wondered at that they wish to prevent it. There should be no controversy in this matter. There should be no antagonism between Oak Hill and the city burial place. The managers of the former have a right to beautify their grounds as they wish and to protect them. The city has the same right. If the former does and the latter does not, we see no remedy for it.
